Terms & Conditions – Journey to Grandmaster

Summary of Key Terms

✔Cancel Anytime (Subscriptions) – For subscription programs (including 1000 ELO Complete Blueprint and From 1000 to 1500 ELO Complete Blueprint), you can cancel anytime by emailing support@journeytograndmaster.com. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

✔14-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee – Applies to all paid programs and courses except the PGN file add-on (non-refundable). To be eligible, you must attend at least one Live Lesson during your 14-day refund window. If no Live Lesson happens in your 14-day window, this requirement is waived.

✔Lifetime Access = 5-Year Minimum Guarantee (One-Time Purchases) – Products sold as lifetime access (e.g., 10-Day Opening Mastery) guarantee at least 5 years of availability from your purchase date.

✔Opening Mastery Bonus: Free Month of Academy (Optional Subscription) – 10-Day Opening Mastery includes the option to activate your first month of Academy live coaching for free ($0). After the free month, the subscription continues at a special student rate of €99/month for customers located in the EU and $99/month for customers outside the EU, unless canceled. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@journeytograndmaster.com.

✔Free 1-on-1 Lesson (Subscriptions) – All active subscriptions include one free 30-minute 1-on-1 lesson with IM Yevhenii Yelisieiev available in your second month of subscription (see Section 2.5).

✔Subscription Access – Access to the 1000 ELO Complete Blueprint and From 1000 to 1500 ELO Complete Blueprint is tied to an active subscription.

✔Free Course = Agreement to Receive Emails – You can unsubscribe anytime.

✔No Account Sharing – Unauthorized access may lead to suspension.

1. General Terms

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Journey to Grandmaster, including:

1000 ELO Complete Blueprint (subscription program)
From 1000 to 1500 ELO Complete Blueprint (subscription program)
10-Day Opening Mastery (one-time purchase)
30-Day Training Plan (free course)

By using this website or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription-Based Programs

1000 ELO Complete Blueprint & From 1000 to 1500 ELO Complete Blueprint

2.1 Membership & Billing

Your membership grants access to course content, community, and live coaching sessions. Billing occurs monthly unless canceled.

2.2 Access & Lifetime Policy

Subscription access lasts while your subscription remains active.

If a one-time payment version is explicitly offered in the future, “lifetime” means:

A minimum of 5 years guaranteed
Continued access as long as the platform remains operational

2.3 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@journeytograndmaster.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.4 14-Day 100% Refund

Refunds require attending at least one Live Lesson during your 14-day window (unless no session occurs). Refund requests after 14 days are not accepted.

2.5 Free 1-on-1 Lesson (Second Month)

All active subscriptions include one free 30-minute 1-on-1 lesson with IM Yevhenii Yelisieiev (“Lesson”) available in your second month of subscription.

Eligibility: You must have an active subscription in your second month (i.e., the second billing cycle has started).
Limit: One Lesson per customer/subscription account.
Scheduling: The Lesson is scheduled based on availability. Details for booking are provided to eligible subscribers.

3. 10-Day Opening Mastery (One-Time Purchase)

3.1 Access

One-time purchase, lifetime access included (minimum 5-year availability guarantee).

3.2 Academy Bonus Month (Optional Subscription)

Your purchase of 10-Day Opening Mastery includes the option to activate a bonus: your first month of Academy live coaching for free ($0).

Optional activation: If you do not activate the Academy bonus, no Academy subscription is started and you will not be billed for Academy.
Auto-renewal after free month: If you activate the Academy bonus, your Academy access will continue after the free month at a special student rate of €99/month for customers located in the EU and $99/month for customers outside the EU, unless canceled.
How currency is determined: The applicable currency is determined by your location/billing country at the time of subscription.
Cancellation: You can cancel anytime by emailing support@journeytograndmaster.com. If you cancel during the free month, your access continues until the end of the free month and you will not be charged for the next month.

Academy subscriptions are also subject to the subscription terms in Section 2 (including the free 1-on-1 Lesson in the second month where applicable).

3.3 Refund Policy

14-day guarantee applies. Attendance of at least one Live Lesson is required for eligibility. PGN add-on is non-refundable.

4. 30-Day Training Plan (Free Course)

Signing up grants free access and email consent. You may unsubscribe anytime.

5. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to Journey to Grandmaster. Redistribution is prohibited.

Account Sharing

Sharing accounts may lead to suspension without refund.

6. Privacy & Data

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; credit card data is not stored.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

No guarantee of specific rating results. Improvement depends on personal effort.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Legal Information

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany (jurisdiction: Bayern).

8.2 Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use = acceptance.
